Athletic Reformer

Turn up the heat in this pilates strength class, where we combine strength training with classic pilates exercises, to give you a whole body workout. You can expect to work up a sweat with strong and powerful movements (and a fun playlist). Equipment used in class may include: Jump board, Tower, TRX.

Foundations Series

Whether you’re brand new to Pilates or looking to refresh your foundation, this 4-week series is designed to take you back to where it all begins. Each week, you’ll learn (or re-learn) the key principles of Pilates—breath, alignment, core connection, and control—while exploring essential exercises and repertoire. You’ll build confidence in your form, deepen your understanding of movement, and create a solid base to carry into any class. Perfect for beginners or returning clients who want to slow things down and move with intention, this series will help you reconnect with the fundamentals and feel strong from the inside out.

Gentle Mat Pilates

Designed for individuals with minimal to some Pilates experience who are looking for a supportive, slower-paced class. This session focuses on mindful movement, controlled transitions, and foundational strength, emphasizing core engagement, breath awareness, mobility, and alignment. Expect clear cueing, relaxed pacing, and modifications that meet you where you are.

Gentle Reformer Pilates

Designed for movers who have completed the Foundation Series and are comfortable with core Pilates principles but prefer a slower, mindful pace. This class bridges the gap between Foundation and Reformer 1, offering a supportive next step for those not ready for more challenging progressions. You will focus on building confidence, improving mobility, and refining technique with thoughtful cueing and controlled transitions, prioritizing stability, alignment, and ease of motion.

Gentle Yoga

Flow it out and let your breath lead you through a series of traditional yoga sequences and postures designed to twist and untwist all the little sticky spots. This class will leave you feeling radiant and inspired to move through your day with a new sense of ease.

Motion Restore

This class focuses on restoring and maintaining active range of motion about your joints. While stretching focuses on static positions that passively lengthen, mobility involves continuous motion that challenges areas where your motion may be limited.

MoveWell Run Club

Join the Move Well Run Club, where smart training meets strong community! Our meetups begin with dynamic warm-ups and technique drills to enhance mobility, strength, and running form. Each session includes a focused interval workout tailored for safe and confident progress, whether you're new to running or aiming for a personal best. Led by our qualified and supportive coaches, MoveWell Run Club is more than just about hard work – it's about intelligent training, connecting with others, and enjoying the process. Pilates Dynamic Duo

Join us for a transformative Pilates experience that seamlessly blends the best of both worlds – mat and reformer. In this dynamic class, you'll harness the power of the mat exercises to enhance your core strength, flexibility, and balance, while also enjoying the resistance and support provided by the reformer apparatus. Guided by our expert instructors, you'll flow through a series of movements designed to target every muscle group, leaving you feeling lengthened, strengthened, and revitalized. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned expert, this class offers something for everyone, providing a comprehensive workout that challenges both body and mind.

Reformer 1
Ready to build a strong foundation and discover the magic of Pilates? This beginner-friendly class is perfect for anyone new to Pilates or those looking to refine their skills while still getting a great workout. We'll focus on the fundamentals: improving your posture, strengthening your core, and enhancing flexibility—all at a pace that's challenging yet approachable.


Reformer 2

Taking the basic principles of pilates and turning them up a couple of notches, our reformer 2 class is designed to spice up your pilates routine and take your strength and mobility to the next level. Former reformer experience is required for this class due to the complexity of movement patterns.


Reformer Circuit

Leave feeling energized, strong and connected to our move well community after taking our reformer circuit group class. A fun twist on our traditional pilates classes, our instructors will incorporate a variety of props and movements to improve strength, stability and mobility.
Equipment used in class may include: Reformer, Reformer Tower, TRX

Stability Chair Flow

The Split-Pedal Stability Chair™ is a versatile Pilates machine designed to target and train a wide range of muscle groups. This robust equipment supports upper and lower body strength, enhances stability, and improves overall body control, making it ideal for comprehensive strength and conditioning.

Stronger Everyday

Grab those dumbbells and get ready to sweat with Stronger Every Day! This class is bound to leave you feeling empowered and ready to tackle your day - one squat at a time. Yin Yoga

Unwind, reset, and reconnect. Yin Yoga at The Move Well Studio is your weekly invitation to slow down and soften. With longer holds, gentle shapes, and supportive props, we create space for deep tissue release and a calmer mind.

This clas pairs beautifully with Pilates, strength training, and busy life—helping you recover, restore mobility, and leav feeling grounded, open, and refreshed
